2. Tax advisors
All persons referred to at the website as “tax advisors” are admitted within the Federal Republic of Germany to practice as tax advisors and are members of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of Munich (KdöR), Nederlinger Straße 9, 80638 Munich.

Tax advisors are subject to the professional regulations of the German Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG), the Implementing Regulations on the German Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB), the Professional Rules of Conduct (BOStB) and the Schedule of Fees for Tax Advisors (StBGebV).

Insurance for our tax advisors has been taken out with:

3. Conflicts of interests
