
Dr. Claudia Schilling advises clients on all legal aspects of asset management. She has extensive experience supporting landlords and tenants in negotiating and finalising commercial lease agreements across all asset classes and industry sectors, including shopping centres, retail properties, office space, medical practices, restaurants, hotels, logistics facilities, and healthcare properties.
Dr. Schilling also provides strategic legal guidance throughout the lifecycle of commercial tenancies. She assists with resolving tenancy-related disputes, drafting and implementing tailored contractual solutions, and representing clients in litigation under tenancy law.
Her practice further includes advising on a broad range of real estate-related contracts, such as facility and property management agreements, operating agreements, and other related arrangements.
