Dr. Kristin Hero advises investors and project developers with respect to the law relating to renewable energies from the initial idea up to the implementation of the project, in particular, in matters relating to planning law, the public-law permits, and the remuneration for electricity from renewable energies. She also focuses on public-law issues in connection with construction projects, in particular, the creation of buiding rights, the conclusion of contracts as regards urban development, and ongoing advice under administrative law.
