Florian Vogl specialises in real estate law and renewable energies. He advises companies, investors and banks on real estate transactions, project developments, the acquisition and sale of renewable energy plants as well as on the management of real estate and renewable energy plants in the portfolio. In this context, Florian Vogl assists, among other things, with the legal due diligence and takes over the drafting and negotiation of the necessary contracts, in particular with regard to questions of land law.
