Dr. Sonja Venger focuses on advising investors, banks and business enterprises in the area of real estate and renewable energies. She advises her clients in the acquisition or sale of real estate or plants for the production of electricity from renewable energies, the performance of the due diligence and the drafting and negotiation of the necessary contracts. In addition, she advises in matters under real estate law with respect to existing renewable energy plants.

Dr. Sonja Venger also advises banks in the realization of non-performing loans outside the scope of an execution under creditor-debtor cooperation models (“friendly repossess“).

She is a member of the speaker’s council of the legal advisory board in the German Wind Energy Association (BWE).
