Felix Daum’s consultancy activities mainly focus on assisting project developers, investors and banks in matters relating to real estate and contract law. In connection with real estate and corporate transactions, he advises in the performance of the legal due diligence. In addition, he supports, in particular, business enterprises in the provision of collateral for land, in relation to the law on renewable energies in connection with ongoing public law advice.

Felix Daum is a member of the Legal Advisory Board of the German Wind Energy Association (BWE).
